Individual Root Sessions offer one-on-one, trauma-informed counselling sessions designed to support emotional regulation, reflection, and reconnection.

Seeking emotional support and a steadier sense of rootedness
Wanting space to reconnect with yourself, without expectation or urgency
Who this space is for:
This work is offered with particular care for BIPOC and 2SLGBTQ+ individuals and communities, and is open to anyone seeking culturally responsive, identity-affirming wellness and counselling support.
What to expect:
Individual Root Sessions may include guided practices, reflective conversation, and gentle tools that support regulation and self-awareness. There is no expectation to perform, explain, or arrive with clear answers—curiosity, presence, and consent are enough. The work unfolds at a pace that supports steadiness and sustainability.
Voice-Led Personal Reflections & Music Expression
Soul Frequency
Voice-Led Personal Reflections & Music Expression are trauma-informed counselling sessions that centre self-awareness, sound, and musical expression as tools for emotional processing and insight.
What to expect:
Playlist creation
Self-led or gently guided spoken reflection
Music and lyric exploration
Improvisation with instruments or collaborative sound work

Feeling more connected through music, voice, or sound
