Individual Wellness Support

Root Sessions 1:1

Individual Root Sessions offer one-on-one, trauma-informed counselling sessions designed to support emotional regulation, reflection, and reconnection.

This Support may be helpful if you are:

  • Navigating stress, burnout, or overwhelm

  • Processing trauma or significant life transitions

  • Seeking emotional support and a steadier sense of rootedness

  • Wanting space to reconnect with yourself, without expectation or urgency

Who this space is for:

This work is offered with particular care for BIPOC and 2SLGBTQ+ individuals and communities, and is open to anyone seeking culturally responsive, identity-affirming wellness and counselling support.


What to expect:

Individual Root Sessions may include guided practices, reflective conversation, and gentle tools that support regulation and self-awareness. There is no expectation to perform, explain, or arrive with clear answers—curiosity, presence, and consent are enough. The work unfolds at a pace that supports steadiness and sustainability.

Soul Frequency

Voice-Led Personal Reflections & Music Expression are trauma-informed counselling sessions that centre self-awareness, sound, and musical expression as tools for emotional processing and insight.

What to expect:

  • Playlist creation

  • Self-led or gently guided spoken reflection

  • Music and lyric exploration

  • Improvisation with instruments or collaborative sound work

This support may be helpful if you are:

  • Wanting time and space to reflect beyond a traditional session

  • Feeling more connected through music, voice, or sound

  • Hoping to create something meaningful with gentle guidance

  • Experiencing writer’s block or feeling interrupted in your flow state

Group Care Sessions offer trauma-informed group wellness support rooted in shared reflection, collective grounding, and community care.
